    Today we are living in 21st century. Our life and routine going very fast and as planning. Sometime we make mistakes and sometime we create problems by doing mistake. We almost know all solution of our any problems, no matter inner or outer, familiar or unfamiliar, unexpected or invited one. Yes friends in our life we invite some problems by our self to our self and it hurts self as well as our loved ones, too. Here I am talking about Anger emotion which creates Aggression. Human’s biggest enemy is Anger. Anger is an incredibly evil emotion, which can destroy not only your image, but your relationships too. Anybody can be aggressive but most important thing is to have a control on it. If you can control your emotion then why can’t you control your aggression. So, if you know how to control your aggression and 100% control over it then you can win that situation and by that you will get self-confidence and satisfaction. By gained confidence and satisfaction you can act better in future’s negative situation. It will ultimately benefit you in your mood, behavior and relationship.

   

  Anger will destroy your mood and your Precious time, so it eventually affect your life too. As you become angrier, your muscles tense up. The neurotransmitter, catecholamine is released into your brain, and it will producing energy for a few minutes. Ultimately this energy results in the desire to take immediate action. Now your heart rate is increasing, your blood pressure and breathing is rising. Your attention is on the enemy. Everyone else is invisible. And Results will be anything out of self Control. Now we actually know what is aggression.

 

   Now, we will discuss some points to beat our own enemy and How to Control and recover from negative situation, as below.

 

  •          Self Control: Controlling your self is a master key towards achieve satisfaction. Whenever you feel to getting aggressive you have to control your feelings anyhow, because feelings transform to reactions and reactions will be anything, Mostly a negative reaction are devastating and harmful. So, by controlling oneself you can avoid negative results.

 

  •           Identify Possible Solutions: Instead of focusing on issue, try to work on resolve the issue immediately. Know the situation and tackle with ease. Always remember that Anger won’t fix anything, Indeed it might only make it worse. We all know that if our anger seems out of control, then it surely causes you to do things you regret or hurts those around you.

 

  •  Develop Relaxation Skills: When your temper flares, put relaxation skills to work. Practice deep-breathing exercises, imagine a relaxing scene, or repeat a calming word or phrase, such as "Take it easy." You might also listen to music, write in a journal or do a few yoga poses — whatever it takes to encourage relaxation to you, but do it.

 

  •   Learn to forgive: Forgiveness is a powerful tool. If you allow anger and other negative feelings to crowd out positive feelings, you might find yourself swallowed up by your own bitterness or sense of injustice. But if you can forgive someone who angered you, you might both learn from the situation and strengthen your relationship for sure. So, Learn to forgive is important to avoid grudge and hate in between.

 


   Learning to control anger is a challenge for everyone at times but we all can surely do it and follow it by using above given techniques. We also stay in positive environment and calm nature by adopting these given skills. Keeping your temper in one’s control will surely benefit in all condition, remember it. Getting out of anger soon as possible is a good thing and this ritual can bring happiness in to your life and your loved one’s life as well. It can surely turn your life in to a best and peaceful one.

     In the Past majority people had to use their physical body efforts in the course of their normal work but today we all have different facilities in every move, like We use vehicles to go to work, then we sit down there, after that when we come back home with same facility & same (routine) we sit again, so in such a way our routine has not physically active, This physically inactivity is one of the main reasons for host of diseases. Walk, Run, Sports, Yoga, Meditation, and many workout activities added to our life effects more beneficial for us.

 

  •  EAT WHEN YOU FEEL HUNGRY :

     This is also a simple idea, but we often go against the messages of the body. If you eat out of our habit or routine, or not taking a enough appetite or taking too much appetite which ultimately affect your digestive system. So by that you will start getting difference issues related to stomach like Acidity, Indigestion pain begin, Burks etc and this contributes to the likelihood of other more complex diseases taking root. Having a proper appetite is actually a sign of good health.

 

  •   PERFORM MEDITATION REGULARLY :
