Almost everyone have heard once 'DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY'. The quote has a very catchy way of conveying the meaningful message of being happy to everyone. Above message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.

Living a happy, resilient & optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protect you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart diseases, cancer and stroke.

One of the better thing ever said is “THE ONLY THING IN LIFE THAT WILL ALWAYS REMAIN THE SAME IS ‘CHANGE’ ”, and in our life we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change.

Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of bitterness. If argument seems unavoidable still try and make an effort to understand the situation and you might just get along.

Well, Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it has a way to make a life more wonderful and also more Healthy.

     To be happy is relatively easy, but you just have to decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook to be. The choice is really simple, ‘Always choose to be happy’.

  There are several ways by which you can do this.

  Being grateful is a great attitude. We have so much to be thankful for. Thank to your parents to give you a best education, thank to your wife for serving everyday a wonderful dinner, Thank the maid who cleans your house. Also thank your teacher to teach you valuable lessons toward your future, thank the policeman for making your place safe and don’t forget to thank God for being alive.

News is very stressful now are days. So, get less of it. Some people just can't start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it that 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

A religious connection is also recommended. Being part of a religious group with its prayers, chanting, prayers and meditations bring up inner peace.

    Manage your time. Time is invaluable and so important to waste. Time management can be viewed as a list of rules that involves scheduling, setting goals, planning, creating to do lists and prioritizing things. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic can be specific point of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

Laugh and laugh heartily every day. Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say 'LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE EVER'.

Express your feelings, affections, Do friendship and passionate to people around you. Follow your passion and it will most likely reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep anger or frustration because it is surely bad for your health. Instead, find a ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.

Working had brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing out tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, it give us a sense of value. Work on things that you feel worthy of your time. ‘ALWAYS RESPECT YOUR TIME AND IN RETURN YOUR TIME WILL RESPECT YOU SOON’.

  Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new every day. Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons, and could also give us more opportunities in future.

Run, Jog, Walk, stretch your body, Do meditation and do other things that your body was made for. As we all know morning workout is very important to make your whole day fresh ahead. Many people today are seen to be more active every time, and by ‘ACTIVE’ we are referring to their exercise and fitness routines. Also Research shows that there are a lot of key benefits that we can enjoy & stay fresh all day from a morning exercise that you cannot obtain from any other time of the day. So, always try to ‘FEEL ALIVE’.

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places, toxic people, etc.

  And always remember the quote from Abraham lincoln, he says that, "MOST PEAOPLE ARE ABOUT AS HAPPY AS THEY MAKE UP THEIR MINDS TO BE."

Social activity is essential to happiness. People are different so accept them what they are. Always try to understand situation.      Hello readers, Today we will discuss about Very important element in every age of human called MEMORY. What is the biggest problem with memory tricks? Remembering to use them, of course. There are many memory techniques that work well, but you’ll forget them when you need them most unless you make using them a habit. So when you take the time to learn a technique, use those techniques until it becomes automatic. Here are some to try as below.


Using a Story-List

Once I went to a School’s fun-fair as a child. There was a game that involved looking at a table covered in 15 various items. After a few minutes, we were taken to a Class room, and each child was given a paper and a pencil. We had to write down as many items as we could remember. I recalled seven or eight, but one of my friend won the prize by remembering all 15 items.

Few days later I learned why he won. His father taught him a simple trick that none of us other kids knew. The technique is to tie the items together in an imaginative story. For example, what if you want to remember, a list of the following things: Soap, milk, honey, fork, and flowers.

Start a vivid story in your imagination, adding each item to it as you go: At the sink, you reach for the SOAP. The soap dish is full of MILK, so you wash your hands in that. Then you comb HONEY into your hair with a FORK, and finally pick up a bouquet of FLOWERS and smile at the mirror. Say each item while mentally reviewing your “visual effect”, and you’ll remember all five things, even the next day.

Some Other Memory Tricks

Tell yourself to remember. When you learn a person’s name, for example, tell yourself, “remember that”. This important signals in your unconscious mind to rank this input as more important.

Know WHY you want to remember something, and HOW you’ll remember it. To remember a person, for example, ask why they’ll be important to you in the future, imagine where you’ll see them next, and connect that to anything you notice about them. Seeing the importance of remembering really helps, and additional associations (where you expect to see the person next) set the memory more firmly in your brain.

Do you ever forget where you put your car keys? You’ve probably tried retracing your steps, at least doing it in your imagination. This can work well, but even better is to prevent the forgetting beforehand. When you set the keys on the chair, see yourself walking in and setting the keys on the chair. You won’t forget where they are.

Personal Habbit,

I have one habbit to do daily account work, Notedown Daily work detail & all. So what I do is when I sit with my journal & pen before sleep, I visualize whole day in my mind that, what I have done & when I have completed all my work-tasks during the day so that way I can notice myself if any mistakes during the day, what Good-did I have collected in whole day, howmuch I have spend and at where I spend it. How was my whole day & etc. So that is how I analyze myself, & i can improve myself for next day. I have all data & detail for everyday about everything, so. That is how I also can improve my memory & visual power. At end of the day I feel satisfied & confident enough for next day and Coming future.

There are many more of these memory tricks. If you want them to be useful, though, don’t just read about them. Make a memory technique or set into a habit, starting today.
 
CONCLUSION

Memory is everything. With memory human can spend whole life all alone & without it one can not even live in the present. What is the big problem with memory tricks is remembering to use them. Ofcourse one has many memory techniques that work well so learn and use those techniques until it becomes automatic. It is clear that MEMORY has enormous effect on behavior for sure.
